Role of SettleSpring
We collect and route inquiries to an independent funding provider. SettleSpring Funding does not issue the advance shown on this site. Any non-recourse transaction is tied to possible case proceeds and is governed only by the separate contract offered by the provider.
An inquiry creates no promise
Sending information does not approve the matter, reserve funds, establish terms, or require either side to continue. Eligibility, availability, amount, and cost depend on verification, counsel participation, provider criteria, governing law, and execution of a written agreement.
Accurate and permitted use
You confirm that you are at least 18, that inquiry details are truthful to the best of your knowledge, and that you are the named person or are authorized to act for that person. Do not send fraudulent information, probe site security, overload the service, or use automated access without permission.
Permission to follow up
When you select the authorization box or submit a callback method, you permit SettleSpring Funding and the reviewing provider to contact you about the inquiry using the information supplied. You may withdraw permission by telling the caller or replying STOP to a text.
Independent organizations
Funding providers, law firms, hosting companies, and communications services operate independently and may have separate terms or privacy practices. SettleSpring Funding does not control a provider’s evaluation, contract, or performance.
Website availability and ownership
We may update, suspend, or remove website features without notice. Content is provided as general information and may contain errors or become outdated. SettleSpring Funding owns or licenses the site text, layout, branding, and design; commercial copying is not permitted without written authorization.
Limits on responsibility
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, SettleSpring Funding will not be responsible for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses connected with website use, inability to use the site, or reliance on general site content.
Applicable law
These website terms are interpreted under the laws of the state where SettleSpring Funding maintains its principal place of business, excluding rules that would select another jurisdiction’s law.
